The Illustrator Steph is best described as a cosmic craftswoman, her creative passions lie within her small illustration business Roam Slow Studio which she runs from our home on wheels. Matt is a salty seadog who spends the majority of his time in the ocean catching waves or teaching people how to catch them, he is also a professional Photographer. Together we enjoy living a slow life by the sea in St Ives Cornwall, exploring nature and adventuring in their home on wheels - Sandy.

We are posting out shipped orders via Royal Mail Tracked (please allow 24hrs for packing):
You'll receive shipping notifications via email.
Please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
If you require a quicker postal service for your order please contact us at hello@rosethestore.co.uk prior to placing your order and we will endeavour to arrange the most suitable service for you.
Whilst we aim for orders to be delivered in the time frames advised, it is not guaranteed as courier services are ultimately out of our control.

RETURNS
We love all the products we sell, but if you find your order isn't quite right, don't worry, you can return it.
ROSE the store returns policy is strictly 7 days for a refund or 14 days for an exchange or credit note on unworn and unused goods in their original condition with all labels and tags still attached.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on unwanted earrings, perfumes or underwear. Earrings and perfumes are non-returnable unless faulty.
SALE items purchased in store are valid for exchange or credit only within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds or Exchanges will not be issued on items where the request to return or exchange your order is made outside our 7/14 day policy. Your 7 day return policy begins on the day you receive your order.You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Pick up in store purchases need to be collected and returned within a 7 day period to qualify for a full refund.
